Penny, cross moline (Watford) type, southern variant, Southampton, moneyer Sanson, crowned bust right holding sceptre, rev. voided cross moline, large pellets at ends, fleur in each angle, [+SANONI]ONAN, 1.05g, (N.905, S.1295). Irregular flan with a small fold on the outer edges of the coin, reverse off-centre, otherwise very fine.
